In Levent, Loka Yoga stays close to every member, from the belief that life is already yoga.
Our story
Loka Yoga sits in Levent, in the middle of Istanbul’s work and life rhythm. It aims to meet the working world with healthier, more flexible minds, and to offer reachable wellbeing to people living with pace, stress, stillness and mental fatigue.
The aim is not only exercise. It is a place, inside city life, where a person can breathe and meet themselves again.
With teachers trained internationally, Loka Yoga offers yoga, breath work, meditation, events and specialist programmes that support physical and mental wellbeing.
Loka Yoga also brings teachers from other cities and countries into the studio, including Bali, India and the United States.
When you become a member, the teachers guide you from a posture analysis and renew that analysis every three months, so you can see the change in your body as a report.
The studio also arranges meetings with a psychologist, a dietitian and a physiotherapist when whole-person health needs them.
Our approach
We build a class around the group in the room, not around a level on a timetable. The teacher walks in, asks how everyone is doing, and adjusts from there. Which is why two classes with the same name are never quite the same class.

Room for every level
Our beginner classes really are for beginners. Advanced classes challenge you without straining you.
Small groups
Studio classes are capped at 16 people, so the teacher can actually see everyone.
With you at home too
Live online classes and recorded programs for the days you cannot make it to the studio.
